What should I include when I contact support?

Send the email address used for your scan, your scan or dashboard link if you have it, and the issue you want us to check. Do not email SSNs, full dates of birth, passwords, or card details.

Can Leak Check Me remove leaked databases?

No. Leak Check Me can show known breach exposure and help reduce public linkability, but we do not edit or remove third-party leak databases.

How do scrub missions work?

A scrub mission queues eligible broker opt-outs and contact cleanup tasks, uses guided browser sessions where supported, and tracks proof, status, and follow-up verification.

Why does a browser agent sometimes need my help?

Some provider forms require CAPTCHA, email confirmation, SSN fragments, or other personal fields that we should not permanently store. The agent can pause so you can take over safely.
