Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Leak Check Me, including leakcheckme.com, the Leak Link Check, reports, dashboards, verification tools, checkout flow, scrub authorization flow, MyPrivacyAgent Patrol, support channels, and related services. By using Leak Check Me, you agree to these Terms. Contact support@leakcheckme.com with questions.

Eligibility And Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter these Terms to use Leak Check Me. You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping account credentials secure, and promptly updating contact details needed for verification, checkout, support, and authorized opt-out workflows. You are responsible for activity under your account unless you report unauthorized use promptly.

Use Of Leak Check Me

You may use Leak Check Me only to check, manage, and reduce public identity-link risk for your own verified identity or for another identity you are legally authorized to manage. Leak Check Me helps verified users find known leak exposure, identify public identity links, understand eligible next actions, authorize supported opt-out or removal workflows, verify recorded progress, and check back when public records reappear.

Results are informational and depend on the information you provide, third-party data availability, provider behavior, public web changes, and verification status. You are responsible for reviewing results and deciding whether to authorize any eligible action.

Verification And Authorization

Leak Check Me may require email, account, payment, ownership, or other verification before showing sensitive results or taking action. Leak Check Me submits eligible opt-out or removal requests only after payment where required and explicit authorization. Some sites require manual confirmation, CAPTCHA, ID verification, email confirmation, SMS confirmation, or other user or operator input.

Leak Check Me will not represent that a request was filed, submitted, or verified unless the relevant provider workflow, native action, or operator action succeeded. Queued, prepared, pending, review, blocked, failed, and verified states may appear separately in the dashboard.

Service Limits

Leak Check Me does not remove leaked databases, erase the dark web, guarantee anonymity, guarantee identity-theft prevention, guarantee that third-party records stay removed forever, or guarantee that every broker, public-record site, search result, cached page, screenshot, or copied database can be found or changed. Leak Check Me does not remove leaked databases.

Leak Check Me is not a credit repair, legal, investigative, law enforcement, or emergency service. If you believe you are in immediate danger, contact emergency services or appropriate authorities. If you need legal, financial, tax, credit, or security advice, consult a qualified professional.

Payments, Subscriptions, And Refunds

Prices, billing cadence, included features, and renewal terms are shown before checkout. MyPrivacyAgent Patrol is $19 per month unless otherwise stated at checkout, and renews until canceled. Taxes, fees, promotions, trials, and discounts may vary by offer and location.

Payments are processed through Stripe-hosted Checkout and related Stripe services. Leak Check Me does not collect card numbers in its own UI. You authorize Leak Check Me and Stripe to charge the payment method you provide for one-time purchases, recurring subscriptions, applicable taxes, and other amounts shown at checkout. You may cancel a recurring subscription through account settings where available or by contacting support@leakcheckme.com.

Refund requests are reviewed through support@leakcheckme.com and may depend on payment status, delivery state, whether provider work has already been performed, fraud or abuse signals, and applicable law. Canceling a subscription stops future recurring charges but does not automatically refund past charges.

Third-Party Services

Leak Check Me relies on third-party services for hosting, database, authentication, payments, email, analytics, public web search, breach-exposure references, data-broker workflows, opt-out destinations, and security. Third-party services may change, rate limit, block, reject, delay, or remove data independently. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply.

Leak Check Me is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, retention, or behavior of third-party sites, records, provider dashboards, confirmation emails, identity-verification prompts, search engines, cached pages, public databases, or ad and analytics platforms.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Leak Check Me to stalk, harass, threaten, doxx, impersonate, investigate, expose, or profile another person without legal authorization. You may not submit false information, bypass rate limits, interfere with providers, scrape the service, misuse removal workflows, reverse engineer the product, upload malware, probe for vulnerabilities, abuse refunds, resell access without permission, or attempt unauthorized access to another account, scan, report, provider workflow, or backend system.

User Information And Permission To Process

You confirm that information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to provide it to Leak Check Me. You authorize Leak Check Me to process submitted information, scan data, findings, proof details, provider statuses, and support messages as needed to provide the service, operate dashboards, complete authorized workflows, improve the product, prevent abuse, and comply with law.

Privacy And Data

The Leak Check Me Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, shared, retained, and deleted. By using Leak Check Me, you agree that the Privacy Policy applies to your use of the service. Deleting Leak Check Me data does not reverse opt-out requests already sent to third parties or control records held by providers.

Intellectual Property

Leak Check Me, MyPrivacyAgent, related product names, logos, designs, software, reports, workflows, and content are owned by Leak Check Me or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, Leak Check Me grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for its intended purpose.

Suspension And Termination

Leak Check Me may suspend or terminate access, decline a request, remove content, block a workflow, or refuse a transaction when needed to protect users, providers, the service, legal compliance, payment integrity, or platform security. You may stop using Leak Check Me at any time and may request deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

Leak Check Me is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent allowed by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, error-free operation, complete accuracy, complete removal, or guaranteed results. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so some of these terms may not apply to you.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Leak Check Me will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data, goodwill, business, revenue, identity-protection outcomes, reputation, or third-party records. To the maximum extent allowed by law, total liability for any claim related to Leak Check Me will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim or $100.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Leak Check Me harmless from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, information you submit, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or violation of another person's rights.

Changes To These Terms

Leak Check Me may update these Terms to reflect changes to the product, providers, pricing, law, or operating practices. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of Leak Check Me after an update means the updated Terms apply to future use.
